All products and services are delivered digitally unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Accounts and access

When you purchase a product or service, an account is created for you automatically. Login details are provided by email.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

Access to products may be limited in time. The access duration is defined on the product page or in accompanying communications.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if these Terms are violated, without any obligation to refund payments.

5. Delivery and availability

Access to digital products is normally granted immediately after successful payment.

Some products are offered as pre launch products. In these cases
Payment is made upfront
The product is delivered in phases while it is being developed
The delivery structure and timeline are clearly communicated on the product page or by email at the time of sale

By purchasing such products, you explicitly agree to phased delivery.

Mister Investment does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or services and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time.

6. Payments

All payments are processed through third party payment providers, including Stripe and payment methods offered through Stripe such as credit cards, PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna, and others.

Mister Investment does not store or process payment information directly and is not responsible for the handling of payment data by third party providers.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Subscriptions and recurring payments

Subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled by the user, unless a different subscription duration or renewal structure is explicitly stated on the checkout page or product page.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account or by contacting Mister Investment. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund payments already made.

8. Refund and cancellation policy

All purchases are final. Mister Investment does not offer refunds.

If a specific product page or checkout page explicitly states a refund period or refund conditions, those stated conditions apply only to that product and override the general no refund policy.

Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.

9. Coaching and educational disclaimer

All coaching, meditations, courses, and content provided by Mister Investment are for educational and informational purposes only.

No results are guaranteed.

Our services do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice and are not a substitute for professional services.

You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
